System ready
A careful path from
voice to delivery.
Each stage is explicit, reviewable, and easy to stop. Nothing moves forward without your approval at the places that matter most.
The workflow
Five stages. All visible. All yours.
The studio does not run on autopilot. Every stage surfaces what changed, who approved it, and what happens next.01
Capture your voice
Before any AI is involved, you define yourself. Tone, memories, recurring phrases, the things you'd never say, and the things you always do. This profile becomes the ground that every future draft is anchored to — not a template, but a constraint set that keeps the output sounding like you.
Your voice profile is stored privately, versioned, and only ever used when you explicitly trigger composition. It never leaves your account to train models or improve outputs for other users.
02
Set up your people
Add the recipients who matter — family members, close friends, a partner. For each person you can note context: how you met, inside references, what they'd find meaningful. You can also designate trusted contacts whose role is simply to confirm that a sensitive message should go out before it does.
Recipients and trusted contacts are kept separate. A trusted contact does not receive the message — they only receive a confirmation request. They can approve or decline without seeing content they weren't meant to see.
03
Define your moments
Moments are the conditions under which a message might be delivered, like a birthday, an anniversary, a milestone you've planned for, or a contingency you hope never arrives. Each moment can have rules: wait for trusted-contact confirmation, only deliver if I haven't logged in for 30 days, or queue immediately on the date.
Moments do not trigger automatically without operator oversight. The system surfaces them for review. You stay in the loop.
04
Draft with grounded inputs
When you're ready to compose, you choose a seed — a phrase, a memory, an idea — and the system generates a draft using your voice profile and the recipient's context. You can compare the seed to the generated output, make edits, add rationale notes, and move the draft through explicit states: pending, reviewed, approved.
The AI helps shape language. It does not decide what gets sent. Every word that reaches a recipient passed through your hands first.
05
Review and schedule
Approved drafts enter the queue. From there you set the delivery time, confirm the channel (email or SMS), and if a trusted-contact rule applies, the system requests verification before the clock starts. Deliveries stay visible in the audit log, and anything that has not been delivered can still be rescheduled, retried, pulled forward, or cancelled.
Delivery is traceable end to end. Every event — draft creation, approval, verification, delivery attempt, delivery confirmation — is recorded and stays inspectable from your account.
Philosophy
The AI assists. You decide.
Grounded composition means the model never has more authority than you gave it. The profile sets the ceiling on what it can say, and every output waits for your explicit sign-off before it reaches anyone.lockSensitive delivery stays deliberate
Some messages should only go out after a trusted person confirms the moment is right. The studio keeps those gates visible and easy to use.Nothing disappears into automation
Every delivery stays in the queue where you can see it, reschedule it, retry it, pull it forward, or cancel it. Automation handles timing, you handle intent.
